Beef & Veal in the Classroom Program

The Beef & Veal in the Classroom program provides financial support to help Pennsylvania middle, junior and senior high school Family and Consumer Science educators incorporate hands-on beef and veal lessons into their classrooms.

Funded by Pennsylvania cattle producers through the Beef Checkoff, the program reinforces learning about selection, storage, preparation and nutrition.

The 2026–2027 program will accommodate classes offered during both semesters of the school year.
