PENNSYLVANIA BEEF PASSPORT BEGINS JANUARY 7TH

Bedford, PA – The Pennsylvania Beef Council (PBC) is launching a “Beef Your Way Through PA” passport, a new program that aims to support and highlight 25 Pennsylvania restaurants that serve outstanding beef.

The free beef passport program urges consumers to visit participating restaurants from January 7, 2023, through September 4, 2023, where they can order beef menu items, earn stamps, and be entered to win prizes. Participants with at least one stamp will be eligible for the grand prize of a Pit Boss Grill. The program intends to highlight the Pennsylvania’s beef industry while helping to support local restaurants and drive beef demand throughout the state in an easy, mobile-friendly way.

Once launched, consumers will be able to visit https://discover.pabeef.org where they can sign up for their “Beef Your Way Through PA” beef passport by providing their name, email address, and mobile phone number. A link will be sent to their phone, which opens the passport and directs the user to ask the button icon to their home screen, where they can access it at any time. The ease of the passport ensures that there is never anything to download and no bulky apps on the user’s phone, while simply tracking your great beef eating experiences.

Once the consumer is ready to redeem their pass, they simply open the button icon and earn a stamp at a participating restaurant. Find a full listing of participating restaurants here.

PA Farm Show event goers can look for the passport at the Beef Booth located at booth #2200 in the Giant Expo Hall, booth space 2200 behind the main food court. At the booth, find all things beef from user friendly recipes to beef cut charts to sustainability messaging. It’s your one stop, beef know how, shop. Happy Beefing!
