Beef in the Classroom

NEW this year, the Pennsylvania Beef Council is excited to offer an assortment of high quality, easy to use educational materials at no cost to you or your school! We will be initiating a Beef in the Classroom program which provides financial support for the use of beef products in junior and senior high school Family and Consumer Science courses. It reinforces lessons about lean beef selection, storage, preparation and nutrition. Learn more below.

Beef Book Bundles

NEW! Beef Book Bundles - Find lesson plans and materials to complement "The Chaney Twins'" ag educational children's books. The books, by five-year-old twin sisters Rianna and Sheridan Chaney, and edited by their mother Rebecca Long Chaney, highlight the twins' personal experiences in the beef/dairy industry.

The bundle includes all three books: Little Star...Raising Our First Calf; Star Becomes a Mother and Mini Milk Maids on the Mooove.
