"Not Your Momma's Burger"

Eric Finkenbinders property grown Morel Mushrooms.
Eric Finkinbinders 'farm raised' thick sliced bacon.
Portabello Mushrooms
Sweet onions
Secret Spice Rub
Provolone Cheese
Smokey Mayo
All on a toasted onion roll.

"BEEF"alo Blue

One Hot Burger!
Makes 6 Burgers
2 lbs lean ground beef
1/2 cup carrots grated fine
1/2 cup celery grated fine
1/2 cup (or more for taste) blue cheese crumbles

METHOD
Mix together and make 6 patties.
Grill/cook patties until almost done.

Dredge burgers in flour coating mixture.

Flour Coating Mixture

3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Dip dredged burgers in buttermilk sauce.

Buttermilk Sauce

2 cups light buttermilk
1/2 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce

Fry burgers in vegetable oil at 350* until light brown coating forms.
Dip burgers in 1/2 cup of Frank's Red Hot Sauce

Spread for Burgers
1 and 1/c cups blue cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
mix together until well blended

Toast whole wheat buns and place spread on each half.
Top burgers with celery greens and serve.
